Bij hen draait alles om kwaliteit, innovatie en service. Als Customer Service Officer ben jij de stem van dit bedrijf. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen altijd snel, vriendelijk en professioneel worden geholpen.

Jouw rol:

Als Customer Service Officer ben jij de centrale spil tussen de klant, de webshop en de logistiek. Geen dag is hetzelfde, jouw focus ligt op:

  • Eerstelijns klantcontact: Je ondersteunt klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat bij al hun vragen over onderdelen, bestellingen, leveringen en facturatie.
  • Orderverwerking & opvolging: Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen nauwkeurig en volgt administratieve dossiers van A tot Z op.
  • Webshopbeheer: Je zorgt ervoor dat de webshop steeds up-to-date is qua aanbod, productinformatie en voorraadstatus.
  • Schakel met de logistiek: Je onderhoudt nauw contact met ons magazijn, interne teams én de koerierdiensten om een vlekkeloze levering te garanderen.
  • Sterke klantrelaties: Je denkt proactief mee met de klant, lost uitdagingen creatief op en bouwt mee aan duurzame klantrelaties.
  • Taalvaardig: Je houdt van telefonisch contact en spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands én Frans.
  • Klantgericht & Oplossingsgericht: Je bent empathisch, blijft rustig bij complexe vragen en streeft altijd naar een 5-sterrenservice.
  • Nauwkeurig & Digitaal vaardig: Je werkt ordelijk, pikt nieuwe software/ERP-systemen snel op en hebt voeling met e-commerce en webshops.
  • Teamplayer: Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische, collegiale omgeving in Bornem en houdt van een informele sfeer.
