Jouw taken:

  • Aanspreekpunt voor klanten, dit zowel telefonisch, per mail en via de chat, dit zowel in Nederlands als Frans
  • Jij lost vragen, problemen en situaties op
  • Je gaat zelfs verder dan het oplossen van problemen, je onderzoekt de oorzaak zodat deze in de toekomst niet meer voorvalt
  • Je zal aan de hand van AI-systemen werken om vragen op te lossen
  • Je werkt met duidelijke targets rond kwaliteit, bereikbaarheid en responstijden
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring in customer service
  • Je spreekt zowel Nederlands en Frans
  • Je analyseert en lost graag problemen op
  • Ook tijdens moeilijke gesprekken kan je de rust bewaren
  • Je bent bereid om online webinars te geven
  • Je bent bereid om minstens 4 dagen per week op kantoor in Gent te werken
