Jouw functie

Als klantendienstmedewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor inwoners van Brussel met vragen over hun water.

Je zorgt voor een uitstekende klantenervaring door elke vraag professioneel, correct en klantgericht te behandelen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoons en e-mails.
  • In de toekomst mogelijk ook klanten verder helpen via chat.
  • Klanten informeren en begeleiden bij hun vragen.
  • Klanten geruststellen en oplossingen aanreiken.
  • Tijdens gesprekken proactief relevante aanbiedingen voorstellen.

  • Empathisch is en klanten op een professionele manier kan geruststellen.
  • Commercieel ingesteld is en opportuniteiten tijdens gesprekken weet te herkennen.
