Als Administratief bediende Aankoop ondersteun je dagelijks onze aankoop- en business developmentactiviteiten. Je zorgt voor een vlotte verwerking en opvolging van aankooporders, leveranciersdocumentatie en data. Met jouw nauwkeurige en gestructureerde aanpak draag je bij aan efficiënte en goed georganiseerde processen.

Administratieve ondersteuning aankoop

Je maakt purchase orders op voor alle non-stockartikelen.Je bestelt onder andere kantoormaterialen, koffie, atelierbenodigdheden, onderhoudsmaterialen voor machines, etiketten en andere niet-productiegerelateerde artikelen.Je volgt bestellingen op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.Je controleert orderbevestigingen op prijzen, levertermijnen, artikelcodes en andere gemaakte afspraken.Je stemt bij afwijkingen of onduidelijkheden af met de betrokken buyer.Je klasseert en bewaart aankoopdocumenten op een correcte en gestructureerde manier.Je houdt leveranciers- en artikelgegevens in SAP up-to-date.Je past prijzen, levervoorwaarden, artikelgegevens en andere masterdata aan.Je waakt over de kwaliteit en juistheid van de gegevens in het ERP-systeem.

Leveranciersadministratie

Je verstuurt reminders voor ontbrekende leveranciersdocumenten.Je beheert documenten en laadt deze op in de verschillende bedrijfsapplicaties.

Factuurcontrole

Je controleert transportfacturen.Je vergelijkt gefactureerde tarieven met de overeengekomen transportcondities.Je signaleert afwijkingen en volgt deze verder op.

Administratieve ondersteuning Business Development

Je ondersteunt het Business Development-team bij uiteenlopende administratieve taken.Je bent de administratieve rechterhand van de Business Development & Purchase Director.

Kwaliteits- en milieubeheer

Je volgt samen met de Quality Manager de relevante kwaliteits- en milieudocumentatie voor de afdelingen Purchase en Business Development op.Je zorgt ervoor dat deze documentatie correct, volledig en up-to-date blijft.

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in een administratieve, aankoop- of supplychainfunctie, maar dit is geen must.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent flexibel en voelt je goed in een functie met een gevarieerd takenpakket.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht wanneer meerdere opdrachten tegelijk lopen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en volgt dossiers consequent op.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van SAP, maar dit is geen vereiste.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
