The posting

Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in industriële filtratie- en procesoplossingen zijn wij op zoek naar een Onderhoudstechnieker in een ploegensysteem (vroeege/late).

In deze functie speel je een cruciale rol in het optimaal functioneren van het machinepark. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat storingen snel worden opgelost en dat productiemachines veilig, efficiënt en betrouwbaar blijven draaien.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen aan machines en installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud volgens de vooropgestelde onderhoudsplanning.
  • Voorstellen formuleren rond verbeteringen, herstellingen en revisies van machines en werkmethodes.
  • Mee instaan voor de installatie, opstart en eventuele verhuis van nieuwe machines.
  • Beheren van de voorraad van onderdelen en gereedschappen.
  • Up-to-date houden van technische documentatie.
  • Samenwerken met externe leveranciers en machinebouwers.
  • Technisch advies verlenen aan operatoren en leidinggevenden.
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties om de prestaties van het machinepark verder te verbeteren.
  • Waken over de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een technische functie in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van PLC-sturingen.
  • Je combineert een sterk technisch inzicht met een analytische en probleemoplossende aanpak.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en communiceert vlot.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
