Als Operator Kruidenkamer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct afwegen en klaarzetten van grondstoffen, kruiden en aroma’s volgens vaste recepturen. Daarnaast help je bij de voorbereiding van verschillende sauzen.

  • Afwegen van grondstoffen, kruiden en aroma’s volgens recepturen.
  • Klaarzetten van de afgewogen ingrediënten.
  • Scannen en controleren van grondstoffen op vervaldatum en vreemde voorwerpen.
  • Opvolgen van het tankenpark voor olie en suiker.
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en controleresultaten.
  • Voorbereiden van grondstoffen voor het aanmaken van sauzen.
  • Toevoegen van ingrediënten aan tanks volgens de juiste werkwijze.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en propere werkomgeving.

De productieoperator kruidenkamer die wij zoeken:

  • Beschikt over een A2-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Heeft een goede basiskennis van rekenen.
  • Kan nauwkeurig werken met een weegschaal.
  • Communiceert duidelijk en gestructureerd.
  • Heeft ervaring met een elektrische transpallet.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en hygiënisch.
  • Is bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
