Als operator kruidenkamer heb jij volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • In eerste instantie ga je na welke ingrediënten je nodig hebt, hiervoor gebruik je bepaalde recepturen om bepaalde producten te maken om ze vervolgens af te wegen en klaar te zetten voor een volgende fase;
  • De grondstoffen die je klaarzet ga je controleren en scannen;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en controle van het tankpark;
  • Registratie via formulieren en checklisten van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en controleresultaten van frigo- en diepvriestemperatuur, gebruikte materialen;
  • Zorg dragen voor een ordelijke werkomgeving: reinigen van tafels en weegschalen; afval opruimen; lege ketels en scheppen naar de wasplaats brengen.

Als operator kruidenkamer beschik jij over onderstaande eigenschappen;

  • Idealiter beschik je over een A2 denkniveau opdat je over basisvaardigheden rekenen beschikt;
  • Nederlands begrijp je zeer goed! Dit is nodig om veilig te kunnen handelen opdat je alle veiligheidsinstructies goed zou kunnen lezen;
  • Vrienden omschrijven jou als een pietje precies die nauwkeurigheid en netheid hoog in het vaandel draagt;
  • Enige ervaring met een elektrische transpallet? Absoluut mooi meegenomen aangezien je bij onze klant geregeld met een elektrisch transpalet zal werken;
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en gestructureerd wanneer je aan collega's en oversten rapporteert;
  • Je bent bereidt om in een 2 ploegen te werken.
