The posting

Als service advisor mechaniek ben je een krak in het nauwkeurig uitvoeren van de administratie met betrekking tot onderhoud en herstellingen van voertuigen.

  • Je zorgt voor een correcte factuuropmaak, zowel voor de gewone facturatie als voor de garantiedossiers.
  • Je bent de persoonlijke adviseur van onze klant doorheen het hele aftersales proces.
  • Naast je back-office taken schrikt het je ook niet af om aan de receptie de klanten vriendelijk en professioneel te onthalen.
  • Je behandelt de binnenkomende oproepen betreffende onderhoud en herstellingen en ontvangt de klanten aan de directe receptie. Door oprecht te luisteren naar de klant en de juiste vragen te stellen slaag je erin een zorgvuldige diagnose te stellen en de omvang van het vereiste werk in te schatten.
  • Ook tijdens het onderhoud of herstelling houd je de klanten op de hoogte van de nodige werken.
  • Je maakt een planning op waarbij je rekening houdt met de verwachtingen van de klant betreffende de nodige tijd voor het uit te voeren werk, alsook met de capaciteit van de werkplaats en de beschikbare onderdelen en de beschikbaarheid van het wagenpark.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de vervangwagens steeds proper, onbeschadigd en verkeersveilig zijn.
  • Wanneer de wagen overhandigd wordt aan de klant, overloop jij samen met de klant de factuur.
  • Jij bent de kandidaat die elke dag opnieuw naar een uiterste klantentevredenheid streeft en zo een langetermijnrelatie uitbouwt.
  • Je denkt en handelt oplossingsgericht en adviseert elke klant steeds met de glimlach.
  • Je bent administratief en communicatief sterk onderlegd.
  • Je hebt interesse in de techniciteit van auto’s en bent bereid om bij te leren.
  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring opgedaan in een omgeving waar klantgerichtheid centraal staat, ervaring binnen de automotive is een grote plus.
  • Naast een passie voor klantgerichtheid, wagens en innovatie heb je reeds ervaring in een commerciële omgeving waar service centraal staat.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en de Franse taal.
  • Je bent in bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
