Als Compensation & Benefits Specialist maak je deel uit van het HR-team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte loonverwerking én het verder ontwikkelen van het verloningsbeleid. Je combineert een sterk analytisch vermogen met een goede kennis van sociale wetgeving en vertaalt cijfers moeiteloos naar onderbouwd advies. Hierdoor lever je een directe bijdrage aan een aantrekkelijke werknemerservaring.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Mee uitwerken, optimaliseren en implementeren van het verlonings- en arbeidsvoorwaardenbeleid.Opzetten en opvolgen van Compensation & Benefits-projecten.
  • Uitvoeren van salarisbenchmarks en marktanalyses om een aantrekkelijke en competitieve verloningsstructuur te waarborgen.
  • Analyseren van loongegevens en formuleren van aanbevelingen voor HR en management.
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen rond loonkosten, afwezigheden, vakantiedagen, overuren en ziekteverzuim.
  • Beheren van mobiliteits- en voordelenprogramma's, waaronder wagen- en fietsleasing.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond loon, sociale wetgeving en arbeidsvoorwaarden.

Payroll:

  • Zorgdragen voor een tijdige en correcte loonverwerking in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Berekenen en controleren van vakantiegeld, eindejaarspremies en andere looncomponenten.
  • Toepassen en opvolgen van relevante sociale en fiscale wetgeving.
  • Waken over een correcte administratieve verwerking van personeelsgegevens.
  • Je beschikt over een relevante bacheloropleiding en hebt minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met payroll en een sterke interesse in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en bent vertrouwd met het analyseren en verwerken van data.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht en weet cijfers om te zetten naar bruikbare adviezen.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van en interesse in wet- en regelgeving. Kennis van PC 140.03, PC 226 en PC 301 is een pluspunt.
  • Je beheerst zowel Nederlands, Engels als Frans, mondeling en schriftelijk..
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Kennis van tijdsregistratie- en payrollsystemen Protime & Eblox vormt een meerwaarde.
