Ben jij een georganiseerde en proactieve aanpakker die energie krijgt van projecten die van A tot Z goed voorbereid moeten zijn?

Als projectvoorbereider speel jij een belangrijke rol binnen ons team Operations.

Je zorgt ervoor dat bouwprojecten intern goed voorbereid zijn, de juiste informatie beschikbaar is en

de montageploegen met een duidelijke en haalbare voorbereiding aan de slag kunnen gaan.

Wat ga je zoal doen?

  • Projecten intern coördineren, voorbereiden en beheren met focus op een vlotte beschikbaarheid van materialen en informatie.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt binnen de afdeling Operations voor projecten.
  • Tijdschema's en actiepunten voor de projectvoorbereiding opstellen en opvolgen.
  • Voorraadlijsten opstellen op basis van de originele PBA's, tekorten oplossen en optimale bestelmomenten vastleggen.
  • Projectmanager ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van projecten
  • Gedetailleerde projectfiches opstellen in overleg met de Projectmanager en stuklijsten opmaken.
  • Technische tekeningen aanleveren en wanneer nodig deze zelf opmaken.
  • Relevante projectinformatie zoals stuklijsten, projectfiches en tekeningen verzamelen en proactief communiceren met de montage teamleads.
  • De verantwoordelijke informeren bij wijzigingen of calamiteiten binnen de projectvoorbereiding.
  • Problemen, onverwachte situaties en uitdagingen binnen de projectvoorbereiding zelfstandig aanpassen en oplossen.
  • Productmodellen in het operationele ERP-systeem optimaliseren.
  • Standaardprojecten zelfstandig begeleiden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht over verschillende onderdelen vaan een projectvoorbereiding
  • Je neemt initiatief, communiceert proactief en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste informatie tijdig bij de juiste mensen terechtkomt.
  • Je hebt een technische blik en kunt vlot omgaan met technische informatie, stuklijsten en tekeningen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en laat je niet uit het veld slaan door tekorten, wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende collega's en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen Project Management, Operations & Montage teamleads.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en werkt zelfstandig waar dat kan, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en resultaat.
  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
