Desarrollador/a de Negocios – Logística Internacional

Desde ACTIF Talentxpert acompañamos a una empresa de logística internacional en la búsqueda de un/a Desarrollador/a de Negocios para impulsar su crecimiento comercial y generar nuevas oportunidades con empresas importadoras de distintos sectores.

Buscamos una persona con perfil hunter, experiencia en venta consultiva B2B y una red activa de contactos en el mercado de importación y comercio exterior.

¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Desarrollar nuevas cuentas y convertir oportunidades en negocios, trabajando junto al CEO en la prospección, el seguimiento de propuestas y la vinculación con decisores estratégicos.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Identificar y contactar empresas con necesidades de logística internacional.
  • Generar reuniones con decisores, de manera autónoma o junto al CEO.
  • Dar seguimiento a cotizaciones y propuestas comerciales hasta su cierre.
  • Desarrollar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.
  • Mantener actualizado el pipeline y registrar la actividad comercial.
  • Coordinar con el equipo operativo la elaboración de soluciones acordes a las necesidades de cada cliente.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comercial en logística internacional, freight forwarding o servicios de comercio exterior.
  • Cartera de clientes o red activa de contactos en empresas importadoras.
  • Experiencia en prospección, negociación y cierre de negocios B2B.
  • Autonomía, iniciativa y orientación a resultados.
  • Organización para gestionar oportunidades y sostener el seguimiento comercial.
  • Manejo de CRM y herramientas de gestión comercial.
  • Inglés deseable.
