Desde ACTIF Talentxpert acompañamos a una empresa con producción propia que está transitando una etapa de crecimiento, con lanzamiento de nuevas líneas, aumento del volumen de ventas y expansión de su red de distribuidores.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia en planificación productiva y abastecimiento, que aporte método y capacidad de anticipación para acompañar este crecimiento.

¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Organizar el plan de producción y envasado, asegurando la disponibilidad de materias primas e insumos para cumplir con la demanda comercial. Trabajarás en coordinación con Producción, Envasado y Depósito, gestionando prioridades y construyendo vínculos de trabajo fluidos con proveedores.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Elaborar y actualizar el plan de producción y envasado según el plan de ventas, los stocks disponibles y la capacidad operativa.
  • Generar órdenes de proceso de producción y envasado, y realizar el seguimiento de su cumplimiento.
  • Coordinar prioridades con las áreas involucradas y ajustar la planificación ante cambios en la demanda o urgencias operativas.
  • Verificar la capacidad de producción y envasado para optimizar el uso de equipos y recursos.
  • Anticipar faltantes de materias primas e insumos, detectar riesgos de quiebre de stock y proponer acciones.
  • Planificar y gestionar las compras con una mirada de corto y mediano plazo.
  • Gestionar proveedores, evaluar alternativas y negociar condiciones de pago y entrega.
  • Analizar costos, consumos históricos y rotación de materiales para definir necesidades de abastecimiento.
  • Controlar stocks mínimos y críticos, y monitorear los días de cobertura.
  • Informar desvíos y atrasos, dando seguimiento a las acciones necesarias para resolverlos.
  • Monitorear indicadores de cumplimiento del plan, faltantes críticos, entregas de proveedores y diferencias entre costos presupuestados y reales.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en planificación de producción y abastecimiento en empresas con procesos productivos.
  • Conocimientos de gestión de stocks, compras y coordinación con proveedores.
  • Manejo de Excel y herramientas de gestión para analizar información y realizar seguimiento de planes.
  • Se valorará formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Se valorará experiencia acompañando aumentos de volumen productivo o incorporación de nuevas líneas de productos.
