Branch Officer | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Branch Officer θα αναλάβεις την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και την υποστήριξη καθημερινών τραπεζικών εργασιών στο κατάστημα. Παράλληλα, θα είσαι υπεύθυνη/ος για:

• Την υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών • Την προώθηση τραπεζικών προϊόντων, πιστωτικών καρτών και ασφαλιστικών υπηρεσιών • Την υποστήριξη συναλλαγών και υπηρεσιών i-bank • Την καθοδήγηση πελατών για digital banking υπηρεσίες • Την καταχώρηση και διαχείριση στοιχείων πελατών στα τραπεζικά συστήματα

✅ Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

• Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ / ΙΕΚ • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε Banking ή Customer Service • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών • Εξοικείωση με MS Office και χρήση Η/Υ • Επαγγελματισμό και ομαδικό πνεύμα
