Η θέση αφορά τη διαχείριση φυσικού αρχείου, τη σάρωση και τεκμηρίωση εγγράφων και τη χρήση εξειδικευμένων συστημάτων digitization, σε ένα οργανωμένο και σύγχρονο περιβάλλον εργασίας.

📋 Υπάλληλος Ψηφιοποίησης Εγγράφων | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Υπάλληλος Ψηφιοποίησης Εγγράφων θα αναλάβεις τη διαχείριση και ψηφιοποίηση φυσικού αρχείου και εγγράφων. Παράλληλα, θα είσαι υπεύθυνη/ος για:

  • Τη συμμετοχή στον πλήρη κύκλο ψηφιοποίησης αρχείων
  • Την κατηγοριοποίηση, ταυτοποίηση και κωδικοποίηση εγγράφων
  • Τη χρήση εξειδικευμένου λογισμικού σάρωσης και αρχειοθέτησης
  • Τον έλεγχο ποιότητας ψηφιοποιημένων αρχείων
  • Τη διαχείριση βιβλίων, χειρογράφων και φυσικού αρχείου με χρήση book scanner και flatbed scanner
  • Την τήρηση διαδικασιών και προτύπων αρχειοθέτησης
  • Τη συνεργασία με την ομάδα για την ομαλή εξέλιξη του έργου

✅ Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε έργα ψηφιοποίησης εγγράφων
  • Εξοικείωση με scanners όπως BookScanner, FlatBed και Hybrid Scanner
  • Γνώση εργαλείων διαχείρισης ψηφιακών αρχείων
  • Καλή εξοικείωση με Η/Υ και πληροφοριακά συστήματα
  • Επιθυμητό πτυχίο Αρχειονομίας – Βιβλιοθηκονομίας ή Ιστορικού – Αρχαιολογικού
  • Οργανωτικότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον
