We're Not Hiring a Hygienist. We're Hiring a Provider. Active Dental | DFW | $50–52/hr Base + Uncapped Production Bonus (up to $65/hr)

Most offices treat hygiene as a cleaning shift. We don't. At Active Dental, hygienists co-diagnose with the doctor, own their chair, and get paid like the clinical provider you are, not like an hourly employee filling a slot.

  • New Rise Ladder bonus structure. Top producers earn up to $65/hr total
