Active Dental is looking for a confident, driven dental professional to join our Business Admin Team.

We've built centralized teams to handle incoming calls, patient intake, confirmations, insurance verification, and RCM support — allowing our in-office Business Team to focus on what matters most: the patient experience, treatment, and running a great practice.

What You'll Own

  • An exceptional in-office patient experience
  • Check-in, check-out & daily administrative flow
  • Treatment presentation & financial conversations
  • Scheduling treatment and collecting patient balances
  • Confidently presenting larger treatment plans, including $5,000+ cases
  • Partnering with our doctors and Clinical Team
  • Following up on unscheduled treatment
  • Contributing to office goals and individual goals resulting in results
