Desde Actual Talent, consultora especializada en selección de talento y búsqueda de perfiles directivos, colaboramos con organizaciones de referencia del sector sanitario y sociosanitario en la identificación de profesionales para posiciones de dirección y gestión de centros.

Buscamos Directores/as de Centros Sanitarios y Sociosanitarios con experiencia en la gestión integral de organizaciones asistenciales, liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinares y desarrollo de estrategias orientadas a la excelencia operativa y la calidad del servicio.

Nos dirigimos a profesionales con trayectoria en la dirección de hospitales, clínicas, residencias de mayores y otros centros asistenciales, interesados/as en asumir nuevos retos profesionales dentro de un sector en constante evolución.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar y supervisar la gestión integral del centro, garantizando su correcto funcionamiento operativo, asistencial y organizativo.
  • Definir e implementar planes estratégicos alineados con los objetivos de la organización.
  • Coordinar y desarrollar equipos multidisciplinares, promoviendo un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y orientado a resultados.
  • Supervisar la calidad asistencial y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares, protocolos y normativas aplicables.
  • Gestionar presupuestos, recursos materiales y humanos, optimizando la eficiencia y sostenibilidad del centro.
  • Establecer y realizar el seguimiento de indicadores de gestión, actividad, calidad y satisfacción de usuarios y pacientes.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua, innovación y transformación de los procesos asistenciales.
  • Mantener relaciones con organismos públicos, entidades colaboradoras, proveedores y otros agentes del sector.
  • Garantizar una atención centrada en las personas, promoviendo la excelencia en la experiencia de pacientes, residentes y familiares.

Requisitos

  • Formación universitaria superior, preferentemente en Ciencias de la Salud, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Gestión Sanitaria o áreas relacionadas.
  • Valorable formación de posgrado en Dirección y Gestión de Centros Sanitarios, Gestión Hospitalaria o Dirección de Servicios Sociales.
  • Experiencia previa en posiciones de dirección, gerencia o gestión de centros sanitarios y/o sociosanitarios.
  • Conocimientos de gestión presupuestaria, planificación estratégica, dirección de equipos y normativa sectorial.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, visión estratégica, orientación a resultados y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Valorable experiencia en la gestión de centros con equipos multidisciplinares y estructuras organizativas complejas.
