Actual Talent, firma especializada en selección de talento y soluciones de Recursos Humanos, busca incorporar a su red de profesionales Delegados/as Comerciales Hospitalarios con experiencia en el sector farmacéutico, biotecnológico y de tecnologías sanitarias, para futuras oportunidades profesionales en compañías referentes del sector Healthcare.

Buscamos profesionales con orientación comercial, sólidos conocimientos del entorno hospitalario y capacidad para establecer relaciones estratégicas con especialistas médicos y otros profesionales sanitarios.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Desarrollar y gestionar la actividad comercial en los centros hospitalarios del territorio asignado.
  • Establecer y consolidar relaciones profesionales con especialistas médicos, responsables de servicios hospitalarios y otros interlocutores clave.
  • Promocionar productos, tratamientos y soluciones sanitarias mediante una comunicación rigurosa, técnica y basada en la evidencia científica.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar estrategias comerciales adaptadas a las necesidades del mercado.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los objetivos comerciales, indicadores de actividad y resultados de la zona asignada.
  • Analizar el mercado, la competencia y las tendencias del sector para detectar nuevas oportunidades.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Marketing, Medical Affairs y otras áreas de negocio para garantizar una estrategia comercial coordinada.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria, preferiblemente en Ciencias de la Salud, Farmacia, Biología, Biotecnología o disciplinas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones de visita médica hospitalaria, delegación comercial hospitalaria o promoción de productos sanitarios.
  • Conocimiento del funcionamiento del entorno hospitalario y de sus principales interlocutores.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de territorios comerciales y desarrollo de relaciones con profesionales sanitarios.
  • Capacidad de comunicación, negociación e influencia.
  • Orientación a resultados, autonomía y planificación comercial.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos dentro de la zona asignada.
  • Permiso de conducir en vigor.

Se valorará positivamente:

  • Experiencia en laboratorios farmacéuticos, compañías biotecnológicas o empresas de dispositivos médicos.
  • Conocimiento de especialidades terapéuticas y productos de alta especialización.
  • Experiencia en lanzamiento de productos y apertura de nuevos mercados.
  • Nivel de inglés profesional.
