You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Enablement, Compliance, and Program Management teams to help translate strategy into coordinated execution. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful product and platform initiatives while learning how enterprise technology, data, identity, and marketing solutions are developed, governed, and brought to market.

What You Will Do

  • Support product and program planning by maintaining milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items
  • Assist with recurring operational reporting, portfolio dashboards, OKR updates, and leadership materials
  • Analyze product, program, and operational data to identify trends, capacity concerns, execution gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Support project setup and maintenance across Workday, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Teams, and other collaboration platforms
  • Help maintain Workday project information, including resource allocations, hours, end dates, stages, and related attributes
  • Review team allocations and help identify potential resource conflicts or overallocation
  • Assist with product requirements, process maps, operating procedures, implementation plans, and project documentation
  • Document product, platform, data, partner, and integration workflows
  • Support workflow automation and the responsible use of artificial intelligence to improve reporting, research, documentation, and team productivity
  • Conduct structured market, partner, ecosystem, and competitive research to support product and commercialization decisions
  • Develop playbooks, training resources, and enablement materials for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Support program governance activities, project reviews, and Product or Program Management audits
  • Coordinate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on assigned actions
  • Review status reports and presentations for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Provide limited project management coverage during planned absences and short term team needs
  • Support Product Operations initiatives, team events, and professional development programs
  • Complete and present a defined internship project with measurable recommendations or business outcomes

What You Will Need

  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated persistence in completing assignments
  • Proactive learning, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Interest in product operations, product management, data, identity, artificial intelligence, advertising technology, or enterprise platforms

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience with collaboration and project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Trello, Slack, or Teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software or product development practices
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience using artificial intelligence or automation tools to improve research, analysis, documentation, or workflows
  • Exposure to advertising technology, marketing technology, data platforms, identity solutions, digital media, or enterprise software
  • Experience developing presentations, process documentation, research summaries, or recommendations for academic or professional audiences
  • A demonstrated interest in improving how teams plan, collaborate, make decisions, and deliver products

What You Will Gain

You will gain practical experience in how product strategy is translated into operational plans and measurable execution. You will learn how large Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams coordinate priorities, manage dependencies, evaluate performance, and bring capabilities to market.

Each intern will receive structured onboarding, a designated manager, access to subject matter mentors, regular progress reviews, and a clearly defined scope of work. You will also have opportunities to participate in product demonstrations, team meetings, leadership discussions, and professional development activities.

This experience can help prepare you for future roles such as Product Operations Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Technical Program Coordinator, Integration Specialist, or Associate Product Manager.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
