Als Trainee UGC Management bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Performance Marketer und UGC Creator. Du findest passende Creator für unsere UGC Ads, übernimmst die Kommunikation und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf bis zu fertigen Ad.

Creator Sourcing & Pool Ausbau:

  • Du baust unseren bestehenden Creator Pool weiter aus: vom Sourcing bis zum Outreach sorgst du dafür, dass wir unseren Pool kontinuierlich für unterschiedliche Branchen und Zielgruppe ausbauen
  • Du recherchierst und identifzierst neue UGC Creator auf TikTok, Instagram und in Communities
  • Du bewertest Portfolios und hilfst mit, unseren Creator Pool nach Branchen, Formaten und Qualität zu srtukturieren

Creator Management & Kommunikation:

  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Creator: von der Kontaktaufnahme über das Briefing bis zur Lieferung der fertigen Ad
  • Du koordinierst Aufträge, achtest auf Deadlines und sicherst die Qualität des gelieferten Contents

Creator Administration:

  • Du erstellst UGC Verträge und stellst eine reibungslose Administration sicher
  • Du pflegst unsere Creator Datenbak und hältst sie aktuell

Performance & Learnings:

  • Du lernst Performance Daten zu lesen und bist im engen Austausch mit unseren Performance Marketern, um die UGC Briefings kontinuierlich zu optimieren
  • Du gibst unseren UGC Creators konstruktives Feedback und sorgst so für eine Creator Retention auf Augenhöhe

you

  • Du konntest erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werki-Tätigkeiten sammeln, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld und im Creator Management
  • Du bist neugierig und hast echtes Interesse an Performance Marketing, UGC und Creator Economy
  • Du bist selbst aktiv auf Social, kennst aktuelle Trends und Hooks, die gut funktionieren
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und kannst den Überblick über unterschiedliche Aufträge, Branchen und Zielgruppen behalten
  • Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe mit den Creators und sprichst fließend Deutsch
  • Du wohnst in Köln oder Umgebung und möchtest regelmäßig (mind. 3 Tage die Woche ins Office kommen)
