Als Werki im Office & People and Culture Management unterstützt du ADBAKER dabei einen Ort zu schaffen, in dem sich unsere Kolleg:innen wohlfühlen und das Beste aus ihren Kunden und Projekten rausholen zu können.

In den ersten Wochen liegt dein Fokus auf Office Management und übernimmst dann Schritt für Schritt administrative Aufgaben im HR oder Event Bereich.

Office Management

  • Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf bei uns im Office: von der Office Diensteinteilung bis zur Sicherstellung, dass die Dienste eingehalten werden
  • Du bist die gute Fee im Office: Snack und Getränkebar ist immer aufgefüllt, du kümmerst dich um Bestellungen, Warenannahme und Auffüllen der Candy & Drink Bar
  • Du unterstützt beim Ausbau unserer Office Strukturen, unserem Studio und den TikTok Shop Live Booths
  • Du kümmerst dich um Pakte und Post
  • Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit unseren externen Dienstleistern (bspw. Reinigungsteam)

Event Management:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung von Teamevents und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Du holst Angebote ein, verhandelst mit externen Dienstleistern und übernimmst die Kommunikation

People & Culture Management:

  • Du unterstützt Schritt für Schritt bei HR Administrativen Aufgaben wie bspw. der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen, Arbeitsverträgen u.v.m.
  • Du kümmerst dich um Culture Tasks wie Jubiläen und Geburtstage unserer Kolleg:innen
  • Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im On- und Offboarding: von der Office Tour bis zu vorbereitenden Aufgaben wie der Einrichtung von IT und Arbeitsplätzen
  • Du führst Schritt für Schritt Erstgespräche und baust unsere Talent Pipelines weiter aus

  • Du studierst noch mindestens zwei Jahre und konntest idealerweise erste Erfahrungen als Werki oder Prakti sammeln
  • Du packst mit an und hast Lust über Office Management hinaus über den Tellerrand zu schauen
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und bringst Ideen zur Verbesserung unseres Office mit ein
  • Du hast Lust in unterschiedlichen Themen zu unterstützen
  • Du kannst 20 Stunden pro Woche verteilt auf drei Tage vor Ort bei uns im Office arbeiten
