Dich erwartet ein strukturiertes Onboarding, indem du die ersten beiden Wochen Onboarding Pakete zu Tools, Workflows & vor allem unseren Rollenprofilen bekommst. Du setzt nach den Paketen direkt erste Aufgaben um, um so schnell im Talent Acquisition bei ADBAKER zu unterstützen.

TALENT ACQUISITION:

  • Erstellen und Optimierung von Stellenausschreibungen
  • Active Sourcing Support: Aufbau nachhaltiger Talent Pipelines, Screening von Profilen, Verfassen von Erstnachrichten & Follow-ups
  • Support bei Erstinterviews für unterschiedliche Rollen
  • Koordination und Kommunikation von Bewerber:innen: von der Planung von Probetagen bis hin zu telefonischen Absagen mit konstruktiven Feedbacks
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von AI Workflows

you

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student und auf der Suche nach einer Werki Stelle mit 20 Stunden pro Woche
  • Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Du wohnst in Köln oder Umgebung und möchtest vor Ort vom Office aus arbeiten
  • Du bist kommunikativ und hast ein sympathisches Auftreten
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und gewissenhaft
  • Du bist neugierig und offen Neues zu Lernen
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
