Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista em Governança de TI com forte atuação em compliance, controles internos e documentação normativa, responsável por garantir a estruturação, padronização e aderência dos processos de gestão de identidade às melhores práticas de mercado e requisitos regulatórios.

Essa posição terá papel fundamental na definição e manutenção de políticas, normas e procedimentos de TI, além de atuar na governança de controles (ITGC), auditorias e gestão de riscos, assegurando a conformidade com frameworks reconhecidos e suportando a evolução da maturidade de governança da organização.

O(a) profissional atuará de forma transversal com áreas de tecnologia, auditoria, riscos e negócio, promovendo consistência, rastreabilidade e eficiência nos processos e controles de TI.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Definir, estruturar e manter atualizada a documentação normativa de TI (políticas, normas, procedimentos e padrões) focado em gestão de identidade e acesso; Garantir a padronização e governança documental, assegurando clareza, rastreabilidade e aderência aos requisitos corporativos e regulatórios. Manter e monitorar controles de ITGC (IT General Controls) com foco em gestão de identidade e acessos Apoiar e atuar em processos de auditoria interna e externa (ex.: SOX), incluindo preparação de evidências, testes de controle e remediação de gaps. Mapear, modelar e otimizar processos de TI utilizando BPMN, garantindo alinhamento com controles e requisitos de compliance. Utilizar e/ou apoiar ferramentas de GRC, como SAP GRC, para gestão de riscos e controles de acesso. Elaborar e apresentar relatórios executivos e indicadores de governança e compliance. Conduzir workshops com áreas de tecnologia e negócio para definição e melhoria de processos e controles.

Ingles Fluente

Formação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Experiência em Governança de TI, Controles Internos ou Compliance de TI. Experiência comprovada na elaboração e gestão de documentação normativa de TI. Conhecimento sólido em ITGC (IT General Controls). Experiência com auditorias internas e externas, incluindo gestão de evidências e planos de ação. Experiência em modelagem de processos utilizando BPMN. Conhecimento de frameworks de governança, como COBIT e/ou ITIL. Experiência com ferramentas ou conceitos de GRC, incluindo SAP GRC. Capacidade de estruturar e acompanhar indicadores de controle e compliance. Boa comunicação escrita e habilidade de elaboração de documentos formais. Mandatório inglês avançado (contato diário com times globais). Desejável experiência com ISO 27001 / ISO 27002 ou outras normas relacionadas à segurança da informação. Desejável experiência com ambientes SAP e controles de acesso SAP. Desejável participação em projetos de transformação digital ou programas de maturidade de governança de TI
