O Product Owner – Identity & Access Management desempenha um papel fundamental na garantia da segurança e conformidade das soluções globais de TI em toda a organização.

Esse profissional será responsável por apoiar o desenho, a implementação, a transição e a gestão dos processos de gerenciamento de acessos em diversos sistemas da companhia, principalmente nos ambientes SAP S/4HANA.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

Interagir com os stakeholders das áreas de negócio para compreender o cenário atual e planejar adequadamente as alterações de acessos. Mapear o modelo de referência (blueprint) de usuários, cargos, sistemas e perfis de acesso para funcionários e terceiros. Desenhar os perfis de acesso SAP utilizando a abordagem RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), além de gerenciar exceções, como atribuições diretas de acesso. Planejar e gerenciar a homologação de funções (roles) e perfis de acesso junto aos usuários finais, garantindo uma abordagem dinâmica, qualidade e ausência de riscos relacionados à segregação de funções (SoD) e acessos sensíveis (SA). Planejar e executar o transporte e a implantação adequados de todos os usuários e perfis mapeados nos ambientes produtivos, garantindo também a geração e manutenção de IPEs (Information Produced by the Entity) para futuras auditorias. Conduzir o suporte em regime de Hypercare após o Go-live, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs, dos indicadores de risco (SoD/SA) e a realização dos ajustes necessários nos perfis de acesso. Elaborar e apresentar relatórios executivos, utilizando uma comunicação direta, clara e eficaz. Promover uma cultura de colaboração e foco no cliente, por meio do fortalecimento do relacionamento com stakeholders internos e parceiros externos.

Ingles Fluente

Conhecimento em Segurança e Autorizações SAP (SAP Security Authorization). Conhecimento dos conceitos e ferramentas de Gestão de Identidade e Acessos (IAM), sem exigência de uma ferramenta específica. Conhecimento em SAP GRC, especialmente na execução de relatórios de riscos de acesso. Conhecimento em matriz de riscos, com capacidade de compreender e gerenciar riscos de TI e de negócio. Conhecimento da Lei Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404), especialmente em relação à conformidade com os controles gerais de TI (ITGC). Conhecimento dos frameworks ITIL e COBIT. Experiência comprovada em todas as etapas do ciclo de vida de projetos de implementação de Gestão de Acessos SAP. Experiência com processos de conformidade regulatória e auditorias. Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com diferentes áreas da organização. Inglês e português fluentes (mandatório). Disponibilidade para viagens (aproximadamente 20% do ano). Disponibilidade para atuação presencial no escritório de Campinas/SP, com o objetivo de interagir com os principais stakeholders.
