¿Qué harás en este puesto?

Captar nuevos clientes en terreno, promoviendo tarjetas y membresías del retail.

Realizar ventas en frío, generando oportunidades comerciales de manera proactiva.

Asesorar a clientes sobre los beneficios de los productos ofrecidos.

Cumplir metas comerciales y de captación definidas.

Gestionar seguimiento de clientes y cierre de ventas.

Requisitos para postular:

Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en ventas (idealmente en intangibles o retail).

Experiencia en captación de clientes y ventas en frío.

Habilidades comerciales, comunicación efectiva y persuasión.

Alta orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de metas.

Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo modalidad de boleta de honorarios.

Te ofrecemos lo siguiente:

Sistema de ingresos 100% variable por comisiones.

Renta promedio entre $1.000.000 y $1.500.000, con posibilidades de alcanzar hasta $3.000.000 según desempeño.

Incentivos especiales por desempeño trabajar días sábados o domingos

Horario flexible que permite autogestión.

Oportunidad de altos ingresos sin tope.

Jornada de trabajo

Lunes a viernes de 10:00 a 18:00 hrs (horarios flexibles).

Posibilidad de trabajar sábados y domingos, con incentivos adicionales.

Lugar de Trabajo:

Modalidad presencial en terreno / puntos de captación retail
