¿Qué harás en este puesto?

Gestionarás la venta de seguros de vida y protección patrimonial.

Crearás y desarrollarás tu propia cartera de clientes, asegurando la continuidad de la relación comercial.

Brindarás asesoría personalizada a los clientes, analizando sus necesidades y proponiendo soluciones adecuadas.

Gestionarás la mantención de pólizas, asegurando la persistencia y satisfacción del cliente.

Apoyarás en procesos de cobranza, actualizando primas atrasadas.

Entregarás soporte constante a los clientes, resolviendo dudas y fortaleciendo la relación comercial.

Te ofrecemos lo siguiente:

Renta base legal + gratificación = 630.00 liquido

Bono de colación.

Atractivo esquema de comisiones por tramo.

Pago de semana corrida.

Bonos por cumplimiento y recaudación de pólizas vendidas.

Bono trimestral equivalente al 6,3% de la suma de las ventas de los últimos 3 meses.

Incentivos y premios por desempeño destacado.

Convenciones anuales para los mejores asesores a nivel nacional.

Posibilidad de renta sobre $1.800.000, sujeta a cumplimiento de productividad

Condiciones del cargo:

Medición de ventas en UF anualizadas (ej: 2 UF mensuales se consideran 12 UF anuales).

Lugar de trabajo:

Las Condes (Modalidad presencial)

Articulo 22.

Requisitos para postular:

Experiencia en venta de seguros, productos financieros o intangibles (idealmente).

Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales y de asesoría comercial.

Orientación al cliente y cumplimiento de metas.

Capacidad de gestión y desarrollo de cartera.

Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas.
