Estamos buscando a un Supervisor de Marketing para una importante compañía del sector alimenticio. Si disfrutas desarrollar iniciativas de marketing, trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar campañas que generen impacto real, queremos conocerte.

Funciones principales

Apoyar en la elaboración y ejecución del plan de marketing por línea de productos.

Realizar estudios de mercado, análisis de tendencias y comportamiento del consumidor.

Apoyar la ejecución de campañas publicitarias y promociones en coordinación con agencias externas (tradicionales y digitales).

Gestionar y optimizar el presupuesto de marketing, asegurando eficiencia y control.

Elaborar informes y análisis financieros en conjunto con el área de finanzas.

Coordinar actividades con áreas como ventas, investigación y desarrollo y finanzas para asegurar la correcta implementación de las estrategias.

Mantenerse actualizado en herramientas digitales, marketing, CRM y redes sociales.

Requisitos

Título profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing, Publicidad o carreras afines.

Idealmente con postgrado o especialización en marketing o publicidad.

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia laboral y al menos 4 años en roles de marketing.

Manejo avanzado de Excel, Word y PowerPoint.

Inglés avanzado (mandatorio).

Portugués intermedio (deseable).

Conocimientos digitales: CRM, social media, campañas online, influencers, entre otros.

Condiciones del cargo

Modalidad: Presencial.

Renta líquida mensual: $1.400.000.
