The posting

Adecco gaat op zoek naar een Logistiek Coördinator met een eerste ervaring in de voedingssector. In deze functie zal je de rechterhand worden van de Productiemanager binnen een bloeiend bedrijf te Oudenaarde.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de inkomende en uitgaande logistiek en brengt de bijhorende administratie hiervan in orde. Hierbij heb je de nodige aandacht voor de traceerbaarheid en kwaliteit.

Tot je taken voor het luik Logistiek behoren:

  • Opvolgen van import en export
  • In- en uitwegen van vrachtwagens
  • Opmaken van begeleidende documenten voor uitgaande goederen
  • Registratie van inkomende en uitgaande goederen
  • Bijhouden en opvolgen van traceerbaarheidsstalen
  • Onderhandelingen met transporteurs, onderhandelen en opvolgen van contracten
  • Opvolgen van transportprijzen en leveringstermijnen
  • Klantencontacten
  • Input van gegevens in het boekhoudkundig programma
  • Inkomende en uitgaande goederen
  • Je bent in het bezit van minstens een Bachelor diploma of hebt ervaring als Logistiek Coördinator.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en deinst er niet voor terug de handen uit de mouwen te steken waar nodig.
  • Je werkt proactief, zelfstandig en gestructureerd. Een eigen structuur uitwerken ligt je.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld (bv. Indien er een transport uit het buitenland komt kan het dat er permanentie nodig is tussen 6u en 22u op het bedrijf om dit te begeleiden. Jijzelf en de productiemanager verdelen dan deze permanentie waardoor je buiten de normale kantooruren werkt.).
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven), daarnaast deins je er niet voor terug Frans en/of Engels te gebruiken indien nodig.
  • Je toont engagement, fierheid en collegialiteit voor je werkgever.
