Je combineert transportplanning, voorraadbeheer en dagelijks contact met logistieke partners in een functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid.   • Transporten plannen en opvolgen tussen verschillende magazijnen en klanten, in nauwe samenwerking met externe transportpartners.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met transporteurs en logistieke partners om alle leveringen vlot te laten verlopen.
  • De nodige transportdocumenten voorbereiden en controleren, waaronder CMR's, zendnota's en douanedocumentatie.
  • Gegevens correct verwerken in verschillende klanten- en transporteursportalen.
  • Voorraadniveaus opvolgen en de beschikbare opslagcapaciteit tussen verschillende magazijnen optimaal benutten.
  • Stocktellingen organiseren en eventuele afwijkingen tijdig signaleren.
  • De aanvoer van verpakkingsmaterialen afstemmen op de productieplanning, zodat de nodige materialen steeds beschikbaar zijn.
  • Snel schakelen wanneer transporten vertraging oplopen of de planning onverwacht wijzigt.
  • Kostenbewust werken en gemaakte afspraken met externe logistieke partners nauwkeurig opvolgen.
  • Logistieke processen kritisch bekijken en verbeterpunten voorstellen om de dagelijkse werking efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van aankoop, productieplanning, logistiek en customer service.
  • Transporteurs ontvangen en ondersteunen bij praktische vragen rond leveringen en ophalingen.

  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen logistiek of supply chain heb je bij voorkeur reeds achter de rug.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken lukt jou ook wanneer de werkdruk tijdelijk toeneemt.
  • Je denkt vooruit, signaleert mogelijke knelpunten en onderneemt zelfstandig actie.
  • Bij onverwachte wijzigingen behoud je het overzicht en zoek je snel naar een praktische oplossing.
  • Naast het Nederlands kan je je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Een basiskennis Engels is mooi meegenomen voor het contact met internationale transportpartners.
  • Digitale systemen en administratieve toepassingen maak je snel eigen. Ervaring met SAP vormt een extra troef.
  • Kennis van transportdocumentatie, zoals CMR's en douanedocumenten, is een pluspunt.
