The posting

Dans le cadre d-un recrutement pour l-un de nos clients, nous recherchons un(e) Opérateur(trice) de production CNC.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement technique exigeant. Vous serez chargé(e) de préparer et de conduire des machines à commande numérique (CNC), tout en garantissant la conformité des produits fabriqués et le bon déroulement des opérations de production.

Responsabilités

Préparation et mise en route des machines

  • Préparer les machines avant le lancement de la production.
  • Monter, démonter et prérégler les outillages.
  • Effectuer les réglages nécessaires et contrôler les pièces de mise en train.
  • Compléter les documents de suivi de production.
  • Maintenir un poste de travail propre, organisé et conforme aux principes 5S.

Conduite des machines CNC

  • Conduire une ou plusieurs machines CNC et assurer le bon déroulement de la fabrication.
  • Vérifier la matière première, les lots, les diamètres et les quantités.
  • Assurer le suivi des outils et des paramètres de production.
  • Réaliser l-entretien courant des machines ainsi que la maintenance de premier niveau.

Contrôle qualité

  • Contrôler les pièces conformément aux plans techniques, aux cotes et aux tolérances définies.
  • Réaliser les autocontrôles et enregistrer les résultats.
  • Appliquer les procédures et les instructions de fabrication.
  • Identifier et signaler toute anomalie ou non-conformité.

Profil

  • Formation de mécanicien(ne), mécanicien(ne)-décolleteur(se), décolleteur(se) ou formation équivalente.
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience dans le domaine de l-usinage, idéalement sur machines CNC.
  • Bonne maîtrise des appareils de mesure et des outils coupants.
  • Connaissances des commandes CNC et capacité à lire et interpréter des dessins techniques.
  • Rigueur, précision et sens des responsabilités.
  • Autonomie, polyvalence et capacité d-adaptation.
  • Esprit d-équipe et communication constructive.
  • Engagement envers la qualité, la sécurité et l-amélioration continue.
