Sous la responsabilité du chef de service de la production, l’Opérateur CNC – Qualité est responsable de la conduite des tours CNC afin de fabriquer des pièces conformément aux spécifications, aux procédures de fabrication et aux exigences de qualité des clients.

Il assure la maîtrise du procédé d’usinage, effectue les contrôles qualité requis en cours de production et veille à la conformité et à la traçabilité des pièces fabriquées. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Technicien aux opérations et à l’emballage afin d’assurer la fluidité du processus de production.

Profil de compétences et qualifications requises

  • Formation ou expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l’usinage ou manufacturier constitue un atout;
  • Expérience dans l’opération de machines CNC constitue un atout;
  • Bonne capacité à utiliser des instruments de mesure et d’inspection;
  • Bonne compréhension des tolérances, dimensions et critères de conformité;
  • Excellente dextérité manuelle et bonne acuité visuelle;
  • Faire preuve de rigueur, de précision et d’un grand souci de la qualité;
  • Capacité à détecter les écarts et à intervenir adéquatement afin d’assurer la conformité de la production;
  • Capacité à suivre des instructions de travail et des procédures de fabrication;
  • Rigueur dans la documentation et la traçabilité des pièces selon les exigences du système qualité;
  • Faire preuve d’autonomie, d’initiative et d’un bon jugement;
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à collaborer avec les autres fonctions de production;
  • Être polyvalent et à l’aise dans un environnement manufacturier où les priorités peuvent évoluer.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Opérer et surveiller les tours CNC conformément aux instructions et aux bons de travail;
  • Effectuer les opérations d’usinage nécessaires à la fabrication des pièces;
  • Vérifier les dimensions et les caractéristiques critiques des pièces à l’aide des instruments de mesure appropriés;
  • Effectuer les inspections en cours de procédé qui relèvent de l’opération CNC;
  • Assurer la conformité des pièces aux spécifications, tolérances et exigences des clients;
  • Identifier les écarts de production et effectuer les ajustements ou corrections nécessaires au procédé;
  • Compléter avec rigueur les rapports de production, d’inspection et de traçabilité conformément aux exigences applicables;
  • Collaborer avec le Technicien aux opérations et à l’emballage lors de la détection d’une non-conformité ou d’un enjeu de production;
  • Participer aux activités d’amélioration continue ainsi qu’à la formation et à l’intégration des nouveaux employés;
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire et contribuer activement à la santé et à la sécurité.

  • Salaire : Entre 20,21$ et 27,78$ de l'heure, selon l'expérience et les compétences du candidat ou de la candidate retenu(e).
