Responsabilità

  • Guidare un progetto dall-acquisizione dell-ordine fino alla consegna e al collaudo finale
  • Esaminare gli ordini e garantire la chiarezza tecnica, l-allineamento dell-ambito di progetto e la prontezza all-avvio del progetto
  • Pianificare e gestire l-ambito di progetto, le tempistiche, le risorse, le tappe fondamentali, i rischi e le priorità
  • Essere il punto di contatto con il cliente durante l-esecuzione del progetto, garantendo una comunicazione chiara e tempestiva
  • Coordinare gli stakeholder interni, inclusi i reparti Vendite, Ingegneria, Operazioni, Assistenza, e i partner esterni
  • Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento del progetto e riferire lo stato di avanzamento alle parti interessate
  • Identificare, segnalare ai livelli superiori e risolvere rischi, problemi, ritardi e modifiche all-ambito di lavoro
  • Garantire che gli standard di qualità, le attività di collaudo, la documentazione e la consegna finale siano gestiti in modo adeguato

Profilo

  • Formazione tecnica o laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o settori affini
  • Comprovata esperienza nella gestione o nel coordinamento di progetti in un contesto tecnico/ingegneristico
  • Background tecnico o esperienza nel settore degli UPS o dell-Elettronica di potenza, la conoscenza dei data center costituirà un punto di forza
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Una buona comprensione degli aspetti finanziari dei progetti costituisce un vantaggio
  • Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli nella preparazione di preventivi e documentazione di progetto
  • Spiccate capacità organizzative e di pianificazione, con la capacità di gestire più progetti e priorità contemporaneamente
  • Solide capacità comunicative
  • Mentalità orientata al cliente, proattiva e incentrata sulle soluzioni
  • Spiccata capacità di coordinare le parti interessate e portare avanti i progetti in contesti tecnici complessi
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare occasionalmente per visite ai clienti, riunioni ed eventi
