Estamos en la búsqueda de nuestro futur@ ANALISTA DE INFRAESTRUCTURA Y REDES cuyo objetivo es ejecutar y dar soporte a la operación diaria de la infraestructura tecnológica on-premise y en la nube —redes y conectividad, respaldos de información, servidores y hosting—, asegurando su disponibilidad, seguridad y continuidad en los centros de trabajo

Dentro de sus funciones principales estarán:

  • Ejecutar tareas de administración y mantenimiento de servidores físicos y virtuales (VMware / Hyper-V), sistemas operativos Windows Server y Linux, y servicios en la nube.
  • Aplicar actualizaciones, parches de seguridad y cambios de configuración según el plan aprobado y dentro de las ventanas de mantenimiento definidas.
  • Monitorear diariamente el rendimiento, la capacidad y las alertas de la infraestructura, atendiendo o escalando oportunamente los eventos detectados.
  • Configurar y mantener switches, access points, firewalls y VPN de los centros de trabajo, conforme al diseño y las reglas de acceso aprobadas.
  • Monitorear la disponibilidad y el ancho de banda de los enlaces de datos e internet; reportar fallas a los proveedores y dar seguimiento a los tickets hasta su solución.
  • Implementar y registrar los cambios de reglas de firewall, VLAN y accesos VPN aprobados por el Administrador de Infraestructura.
  • Ejecutar y monitorear diariamente las tareas de respaldo (backup) de servidores, bases de datos, volúmenes de contenedores Docker y configuraciones de equipos, en almacenamiento on-premise y en la nube, gestionando las fallas que se presenten
  • Participar en la implementación técnica de los proyectos de infraestructura asignados por el Administrador de Infraestructura y Gestión de Proyectos.

Requisitos

  • Título de Tercer Nivel en: Sistemas, Informática, Electrónica y Telecomunicaciones, Computación, Redes Informáticas o afines
  • Experiencia previa mínima de 2 a 3 años en cargos similares
  • Conocimientos Instalación, configuración y administración de Windows Server y Linux. Virtualización de servidores (VMware, Hyper-V). Contenedores Docker y Docker Compose: despliegue, redes, volúmenes, registros (logs) y resolución de problemas. Redes: TCP/IP, enrutamiento, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls y enlaces WAN/SD-WAN. Active Directory, GPO, DNS y DHCP. Administración de respaldos on-premise y en la nube (Veeam o similar). Servicios en la nube a nivel operativo (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure y/o AWS).
