Estamos en la búsqueda de nuestro futur@ RESPONSABLE DE S&OP Y ABASTECIMIENTO cuyo objetivo liderar la gestión integral de S&OP y Abastecimiento, coordinando al equipo y alineando la demanda, la producción y las compras para garantizar la disponibilidad oportuna de inventarios, la continuidad operativa y la optimización del capital de trabajo.

Dentro de sus principales funciones están:

  • Supervisar y controlar los niveles de inventario de materias primas, material de empaque a través del cálculo del MRP (considerando inventarios en piso y tránsitos), con el fin de optimizar los niveles de existencias para evitar excesos o faltantes y minimizar los costos asociados.
  • Colaborar con proveedores externos para gestionar los plazos de entrega, asegurar un suministro constante de materias primas y componentes, y resolver cualquier problema relacionado con la gestión de abastecimiento y de S&OP.
  • Gestionar de manera integral a la gestión de abastecimiento y de S&OP, desde la adquisición de materias primas hasta la entrega de los productos, optimizando la eficiencia y la efectividad de todos los procesos involucrados.
  • Analizar el plan maestro de suministros requeridos con el Planificador de la Demanda.
  • Anticipar posibles desviaciones en el cumplimiento de planes de compras, proponer alternativas de solución.
  • Participar en los proyectos de desarrollo de nuevos productos con la finalidad de garantizar el abastecimiento de o para estos productos previo a su fabricación.

Requisitos

  • Título de tercer nivel en: Ingeniería Industrial, Comercial, Procesos, Administración de Empresas o afines. Deseable posgrado o certificación en Compras, Logística, Operaciones o MBA.
  • Experiencia: De 3 a 5 años en planificación, S&OP, compras o abastecimiento, con experiencia liderando equipos y coordinando procesos integrales de suministro. Preferible en industrias alimenticias, comerciales o farmacéuticas.
  • Conocimientos S&OP, planificación de demanda y suministro, MRP y capacidad productiva. Gestión de compras, importaciones y negociación con proveedores. Optimización de inventarios, análisis financiero e indicadores de gestión. Liderazgo de equipos, ERP y herramientas de inteligencia de negocios. BPM, ISO 22000 e inglés intermedio indispensable.
