Descripción del puesto

Estamos en la búsqueda de nuestro futur@ PLANIFICADOR DE LA PRODUCCIÓN cuyo objetivo es planificar y programar la producción diaria y semanal a partir del plan de capacidad, las órdenes de venta y la disponibilidad de materiales. Asegurar que el programa sea viable y se cumpla oportunamente, considerando la eficiencia de los equipos (OEE) y las restricciones reales de planta, en coordinación con las áreas involucradas.

Dentro de sus funciones principales estarán:

  • Elaborar y ajustar el programa de producción diario y semanal, priorizando las órdenes de venta y optimizando la secuencia para reducir tiempos de cambio.
  • Validar la viabilidad del programa según la capacidad real de planta, el OEE reportado y la disponibilidad de materiales.
  • Ejecutar la planificación operativa de materiales (MRP) y coordinar la liberación de órdenes de fabricación con la llegada de insumos.
  • Reprogramar la producción ante fallas, paros o cambios de prioridad, coordinando con Producción, Mantenimiento y las áreas involucradas.
  • Analizar el cumplimiento del programa y las brechas entre capacidad planificada y ejecutada para mejorar los parámetros de planificación.

Requisitos

  • Título de Tercer Nivel en: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Manufactura, o Ingeniería de Procesos.
  • Estudios Preferentes / Certificaciones: Certificación APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management), Green Belt / Lean Manufacturing.
  • Experiencia previa mínima de 3 a 5 años en cargos similares
  • Conocimientos Programación y secuenciación de la producción en entornos de manufactura. Plan maestro de producción (MPS), planificación de requerimientos de materiales (MRP) y control de piso. Interpretación del OEE y análisis de capacidad productiva. Gestión de inventarios, órdenes de fabricación y disponibilidad de materiales en ERP. Procesos de planificación y ejecución de corto plazo (S&OE), e indicadores como adherencia al programa y cumplimiento de pedidos. Manejo de herramientas de programación de producción, como módulos de ERP o sistemas APS
