Wil jij als Assistent Projectleider een cruciale rol spelen in uitdagende installatietechnische projecten?

Bij A. de Jong Groep krijg jij de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen de installatietechniek en realisatie van projecten in de utiliteitsbouw en industrie. Als Assistent Projectleider Realisatie ondersteun jij de Projectleider bij de uitvoering van middelgrote en kortlopende projecten. Je bent een onmisbare schakel tussen de werkvloer en projectorganisatie en zorgt ervoor dat projecten efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen.

Wat ga je doen?

· Ondersteunen van de Projectleider bij de planning, coördinatie en uitvoering van projecten.

· Opstellen en bewaken van projectdocumentatie, rapportages en voortgangsrapporten.

· Afstemmen met monteurs, uitvoerders, leveranciers en onderaannemers om projecten in goede banen te leiden.

· Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit, en tijdig schakelen bij knelpunten. ✔ Organiseren van werkvergaderingen en tool box meetings voor een efficiënte uitvoering.

· Ondersteunen bij de inkoop van materialen en het verwerken van technische gegevens.

· Toezien op een veilige en gestructureerde werkplek, volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving.

Wie zoeken wij?

· MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van Installatietechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.

· Ervaring in de installatietechniek of projectorganisatie is een pre.

· Organisatorisch sterk en communicatief vaardig, je weet mensen te verbinden en processen te structureren.

· Hands-on mentaliteit, je schakelt makkelijk tussen kantoor en werkvloer.

· Affiniteit met projectmatig werken en het bewaken van deadlines en budgetten.

· Bekend met technische tekeningen en calculaties of bereid dit te leren.

· Proactieve instelling en een oog voor detail.

Salaris: Marktconform, gebaseerd op leeftijd en ervaring.

Verlofdagen: 38 dagen, waarvan 13 ADV. Optie tot bij- of verkopen van verlofdagen.

Bedrijfswagen, IPhone en Laptop: Voor werk gerelateerde zaken, maar ook privé te gebruiken.

Bonusregeling: Afhankelijk van bedrijfsresultaten.
