De functie

Als Technisch Werkvoorbereider Beheer & Onderhoud ben jij de verbindende factor tussen klant, techniek en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden tot in detail zijn voorbereid, zodat onze servicemonteurs efficiënt en zonder vertraging hun werk kunnen uitvoeren.

Je werkt nauw samen met contractbeheerders, servicemonteurs en projectleiders en houdt continu overzicht over lopende werkzaamheden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Voorbereiden, plannen en coördineren van onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden
  • Opstellen van werkorders en duidelijke werkinstructies
  • Tijdig bestellen van materialen en bewaken van levertijden
  • Afstemmen met klanten, leveranciers en interne collega’s
  • Ondersteunen van servicemonteurs tijdens de uitvoering
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling
  • Signaleren van meerwerk en commerciële kansen

Wat breng je mee?

  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau richting Installatietechniek
  • Ervaring als werkvoorbereider binnen beheer en onderhoud is een pré
  • Kennis van werktuigbouwkundige installaties (HVAC) en/of elektrotechniek
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
  • Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte instelling
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding
