Bij A. de Jong Groep zijn we pioniers in duurzame en technologische innovaties. Met onze toonaangevende oplossingen maken we dagelijks impact bij diverse opdrachtgevers. Een van onze nieuwste speerpunten is de implementatie van BIM (Building Information Modeling) binnen onze projectafdelingen, en daar kom jij in beeld!

Als BIM Modelleur werk je samen met een team van jonge, gedreven professionals aan uitdagende projecten binnen de utiliteitsbouw. Je krijgt de kans om te werken aan indrukwekkende projecten voor gerenommeerde opdrachtgevers

Bij ons sta je middenin de actie, waar je met behulp van de nieuwste technologieën en tools meebouwt aan de toekomst. Of je nu bezig bent met het creëren van gedetailleerde 3D-modellen of het coördineren van een volledig BIM-proces, jouw werk maakt écht het verschil.

Hier zijn de taken die jij gaat rocken:

  • Zelfstandig ontwerpen en berekenen van next-level werktuigbouwkundige installaties voor gebouwen;
  • Moduleren van innovatieve producten in het BIM-systeem;
  • Contact onderhouden met collega’s, opdrachtgevers, ontwerpers en leveranciers—want teamwork makes the dream work;
  • Uitvoeren van toffe tests, zoals ‘interference checks’ en ‘clash controls’—zo blijft alles smooth verlopen;
  • Selecteren en plaatsen van de juiste componenten voor de installatie, alsof je een puzzel compleet maakt;
  • Beoordelen van het programma van eisen (PvE), het bestek en/of de begroting, en zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt;
  • Checken of de modellen topkwaliteit leveren, toepasbaar zijn en praktisch haalbaar zijn.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond en een relevante studie afgerond, zoals Bouwkunde, Installatietechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met Revit- en CAD-toepassingen.
  • Je hebt een mensgerichte en sterke persoonlijkheid.
  • Je bent een tech-savvy met een passie voor innovatie.
