🔧Jouw rol als Chef monteur Elektrotechniek

Als Chef Monteur ben jij de technische spil op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt een team van monteurs aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat alles volgens planning, tekening en veiligheidsvoorschriften verloopt.

Je weet als geen ander hoe je mensen motiveert, overzicht houdt en samen met je team een project tot een succes maakt.

🛠️ Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van monteurs op locatie
  • Coördineren van werkzaamheden en afstemmen met werkvoorbereiding en projectleiding
  • Controleren en meedenken over technische tekeningen en schema’s
  • Zelf meewerken aan het installeren, monteren en testen van elektrotechnische installaties
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang
  • Contact onderhouden met andere disciplines en externe partners op de bouwplaats
  • Rapporteren van voortgang en eventuele afwijkingen

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als (eerste) monteur of chef monteur in de elektrotechniek
  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek (niveau 3 of 4)
  • VCA-VOL en rijbewijs B
  • Leiderschapskwaliteiten en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking
  • De drive om jezelf én je team continu te verbeteren
