Als Projectleider Installatietechniek Realisatie bij A. de Jong Groep ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de uitvoering van grote en complexe installatietechnische projecten. Denk hierbij aan utiliteitsgebouwen, ziekenhuizen, kantoren en andere omvangrijke projecten waar wij complete werktuigbouwkundige installaties realiseren.

Jij zorgt ervoor dat techniek, planning en budget naadloos samenkomen, waarbij je een scherp oog hebt voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid.

Wat ga je doen?

✔ Verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van grote projecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. ✔ Coördineren van het projectteam, bestaande uit werkvoorbereiders, engineers en uitvoerders. ✔ Bewaken van de planning, kosten en kwaliteit, en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig. ✔ Aansturen van leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne teams om projecten succesvol te realiseren. ✔ Overleg met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en andere stakeholders om verwachtingen te managen en optimale resultaten te behalen. ✔ Signaleren van kansen en risico’s, en hier proactief op inspelen. ✔ Toezien op naleving van wet- en regelgeving, waaronder ARBO en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, HBO werk- en denkniveau (MIT, HIT, Werktuigbouwkunde of Technische Bedrijfskunde);
  • Ruime ervaring als projectleider binnen de installatietechniek, bij voorkeur met grote projecten.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, je behoudt het overzicht en weet mensen te motiveren.
  • Kennis van contractvormen zoals UAV en UAV-GC is een pre.
  • Ervaring met software zoals AutoCAD, Revit en projectmanagementtools is een plus.
  • Commercieel en technisch inzicht, je weet hoe je projecten rendabel houdt zonder concessies te doen aan kwaliteit.
  • Een echte leider die het team meeneemt in de projectuitvoering.
  • Salaris: Marktconform, gebaseerd op leeftijd en ervaring.
  • Verlofdagen: 38 dagen, waarvan 13 ADV. Optie tot bij- of verkopen van verlofdagen.
  • Bedrijfswagen, IPhone en Laptop: Voor werk gerelateerde zaken, maar ook privé te gebruiken.
  • Bonusregeling: Afhankelijk van bedrijfsresultaten.
