Bij A. de Jong Groep zetten we ons in voor duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen binnen de installatietechniek. Als Werkvoorbereider Installatietechniek in de afdeling Beheer en Onderhoud speel jij een cruciale rol in het succesvol realiseren van uitdagende onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten. Ben jij een organisatorisch talent en technisch sterk onderlegd?

Wat ga je doen?

Als werkvoorbereider zorg je dat er een goede planning is, voldoende en bekwaam personeel inzetbaar is en alle materialen ingekocht worden. Verder verzorg je het kostenplaatje en bewaak je de begroting. Na het voortraject blijf je de voortgang van het project in de gaten houden. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klanten projecten.

Waar jij nog meer voor verantwoordelijk bent is onder andere:

· Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van beheer- en onderhoudsprojecten;

· Het op tactisch niveau schakelen tussen maintenance management en operatie om intern zaken voor elkaar te krijgen én vanuit de klantwaarde te denken;

· Het nemen van eigenaarschap van de werkvoorbereiding, van offerte tot nazorg;

· Het voorbereiden en toezichthouden op dat alles volgens de regels verloopt;

· Het overleg met stakeholders;

· De inkoop van goederen en diensten;

· De voortgang rapporteren en de administratieve afhandeling.

Wij zoeken een gedreven Werkvoorbereider die met passie en precisie werkt. Je bent een teamspeler en weet zowel technische als organisatorische uitdagingen aan te pakken.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

· Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de richting van installatietechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.

· Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider, bij voorkeur in beheer en onderhoud.

· Kennis van HVAC-installaties en andere gebouw gebonden systemen.

· Ervaring met ERP-software is een pré.

· Een Vca-certificaat of bereidheid om dit te behalen.

· Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.
