Je kent het wel: een project staat of valt met de voorbereiding. Niet de kabel, niet de schakelaar… maar het denkwerk vooraf.

Daar kom jij in beeld.

Als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek zorg jij dat monteurs kunnen bouwen zonder verrassingen, dat de planning klopt en dat materialen op tijd klaarstaan. Jij vertaalt tekeningen naar realiteit en verwachtingen naar uitvoering. Je schakelt dagelijks met projectleiding, engineering en uitvoering — en juist die samenwerking maakt je werk leuk.

Je start in een compact team met grote ambities. En groei? Die hoort er hier gewoon bij. Veel van onze projectleiders zijn ooit werkvoorbereider geweest.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering:

  • Projecten technisch voorbereiden samen met Sales, Engineering en Projectleiding
  • Werkzaamheden uitwerken op basis van tekeningen, planning en budget
  • Materialen selecteren en bestellen
  • Monteurs ondersteunen tijdens uitvoering en vragen oplossen
  • Werkbesprekingen voorbereiden en het team aansturen waar nodig
  • Meer- en minderwerk verwerken samen met de projectleider
  • Onderaannemers coördineren en opdrachten beheren

Kort gezegd: jij zorgt dat het project buiten soepel loopt omdat het binnen klopt.

Wat neem jij mee?

  • MBO-4 Elektrotechniek (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Je wilt verder groeien richting projectleiding
  • VCA-VOL (of bereid te halen)
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands
  • Je denkt vooruit, communiceert duidelijk en neemt verantwoordelijkheid

Ervaring is fijn. Inzicht en motivatie nog belangrijker.
