Wat ga je doen?

Als Werkvoorbereider Installatietechniek Nieuwbouw zorg jij ervoor dat onze installatietechnische projecten soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Jij bent de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering en werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, engineers en monteurs. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding verloopt de uitvoering vlekkeloos!

Jouw taken: ✔️ Plannen, coördineren en bewaken van de voortgang van nieuwbouwprojecten ✔️ Zorgdragen voor de inkoop en tijdige levering van materialen en diensten ✔️ Controleren van werktekeningen en afstemmen met engineers en projectleiders ✔️ Opstellen van werkplannen en technische documentatie ✔️ Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in het project ✔️ Ondersteunen van de projectleider bij calculaties en begrotingen ✔️ Communiceren met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s om het proces te optimaliseren

Wie zoeken wij?

✔️ Een technische professional met een MBO 4 in Installatietechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar ✔️ Ervaring als werkvoorbereider binnen de installatietechniek, bij voorkeur in de nieuwbouw ✔️ Goede kennis van HVAC-installaties en andere gebouw gebonden installaties ✔️ Handig met software zoals Autocad, Revit en ERP-systemen ✔️ Organisatorisch sterk, stressbestendig en communicatief vaardig ✔️ Teamspeler die snel schakelt en oplossingsgericht denkt

  • Salaris: Marktconform, gebaseerd op leeftijd en ervaring.
  • Verlofdagen: 38 dagen, waarvan 13 ADV. Optie tot bij- of verkopen van verlofdagen.
  • Bedrijfswagen, IPhone en Laptop: Voor werk gerelateerde zaken, maar ook privé te gebruiken.
