Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Koordination und Abschluss von Transferprojekten
  • Übernahme der internen Projektleitung für Transferprojekte von Machbarkeit bis hin zur Herstellung erster Marktchargen (Pilot-und Validierungschargen) und Etablierung neuer Produkte
  • Life Cycle Management für die zugeordneten Produkte
  • Organisation (Vor- und Nachbereitung) von Projektspezifischen Meetings (intern und extern) mit regelmäßiger Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten sowie Budgetverfolgung wie im Rahmen des Transferplans erarbeitet, angeboten und beauftragt
  • Ansprechpartner bei Problemen im Rahmen der Transferprojekte (Kommunikation intern und extern) und Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung von Lösungen
  • Wahrnehmen der internen und externen Schnittstellenfunktion Kunde/ Galenik/ Herstellung/ QK/ QS/ Einkauf/ Vertrieb und Koordination der Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Einhaltung der Timeline sowie die Umsetzung der festgelegten Maßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung der Machbarkeitsstudien der Transferprojekte (Feasibility)
  • Durchführung von Preiskalkulationen und Erstellung von Angeboten im Rahmen von Transferprojekten und ggf. Abteilung von Optimierungspotentialen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Galenik- und Pilotchargen (Scale Up) und Prozessoptimierungsversuchen sowie im Bereich Validierungen im Rahmen der Transferprojekte bis auf Shop Floor Ebene
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der allgemeinen Regelwerke der guten Herstellpraxis (GMP-Compliance der Transferaktivitäten)

Dein Profil

  • Naturwissenschaftliches Studium sowie Kenntnisse in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Gute GMP-Kenntnisse
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse oder Grundverständnis
  • Interesse & Erfahrung für Prozesse auf Shop Floor Ebene
  • Sicheres Arbeiten mit EDV-Systemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Systematische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikativ, Teamplayer
  • Zuverlässigkeit, hohe Belastbarkeit, Loyalität
