Estamos trabalhando uma oportunidade para atuar como Gerente Administrativo Financeiro no Camará Shopping localizado na cidade de Camaragibe/PE. Este profisisonal será responsavel por apoiar o direcionamento de ações para estratégia do empreendimento. Será a pessoa de confiança para organizar rotinas, indicadores e controles que sustentem o crescimento financeiro do Shopping. Terão como responsabilidades principais:

  • Gerenciar as atividades administrativas, financeiras do empreendimento, assegurando o cumprimento de normas, metas e procedimentos internos;
  • Elaborar, controlar e acompanhar o orçamento anual e mensal, monitorando indicadores financeiros e a movimentação orçamentária do shopping;
  • Gerenciar contratos de locação, prestação de serviços e relacionamento com lojistas, incluindo negociações, faturamento, cobrança e acompanhamento da inadimplência;
  • Coordenar os processos de contas a pagar, contas a receber, tesouraria, contabilidade, compras;
  • Elaborar demonstrações financeiras, prestações de contas, relatórios gerenciais e materiais para assembleias; Atuar como interface com assessorias jurídica, contábil, instituições financeiras, seguradora e órgãos públicos;
  • Liderar a equipe do departamento, definindo metas, acompanhando desempenho e promovendo o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores;
  • Apoiar a Gerência Geral na tomada de decisões estratégicas e garantir a conformidade com a legislação, normas internas, LGPD e Reforma Tributária.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Finanças e cursos correlacionados.
  • Pós-Graduação ou MBA completo.
  • Sólido conhecimento em rotinas administrativas, orçamento e controles financeiros.
  • Conhecimento avançado noOffice e no sistema VS.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial
