Wij leveren gespecialiseerde trainings- en opleidingsprogramma’s op diverse thema’s binnen het veiligheidsdomein, één van onze grootste opdrachtgevers is het Ministerie van Defensie. Met ons internationale team van ervaren instructeurs en andere expertises, bieden wij in samenwerking met de klant maximale executiekracht, snelheid en flexibiliteit.

Er is nu een kans om onderdeel te worden van onze professionele leergemeenschap van oud-militaire trainers. We hebben namelijk meer opleiders nodig. Zo helpen we onze opdrachtgevers met:

  • Verkleinen van opleidingsachterstanden
  • Brengen van onderwijsvernieuwing
  • Vergroten van operationele inzetbaarheid
  • Helpen met het organiseren van uitdagend maatwerk trainingen

Kortom, jij kan weer gaan bijdragen aan een veilige samenleving. Wij helpen NATO-militairen in samenwerking met de interne opleidings- en trainingsinstituten van Defensie om huidige en toekomstige dreigingen het hoofd te bieden. Wat ga je doen?

Je wordt opleider binnen een of meerdere opleidingen of trainingen die wij geven binnen de Belgische Defensie, waarbij jij jouw specifieke kennis en ervaring kan teruggeven aan de huidige generatie militairen. Soms train je een groep zeer ervaren specialisten, soms geef je een opleiding aan nieuwe cursisten die aan het begin van hun carrière staan.

Het is erg afhankelijk van jouw specifieke achtergrond en uiteraard interesses waar je wordt ingezet. Naast de inzet van opleider zijn er ook altijd coördinerende werkzaamheden, mocht daar meer je interesse liggen, dan kan je dit meestal combineren met je werkzaamheden als opleider, of wellicht doorgroeien als projectleider.
