About the Opportunity

We are recruiting a GP to join a highly respected, multidisciplinary private practice in regional New South Wales. Due to exceptional patient demand and limited local workforce, this is a genuine high-earning opportunity with immediate capacity for a full caseload.

The clinic is modern and fully refurbished, operating within a collaborative team-based model. Current doctors are fully booked, with consistent waiting times and strong demand for additional GP capacity.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a GP seeking excellent income, strong clinical support, and a rewarding community-focused role.

🔍 What’s On Offer

• 70% of billings (increasing to 80% post-supervision) • Potential earnings exceeding £300,000 per year • £105 per hour minimum guarantee during settling-in period • Fully furnished 2-bedroom cottage accommodation • Tesla vehicle provided for private and professional use • Subsidised return flights to Australian capital cities (3 per year) • No on-call requirement • Accredited RACGP & ACRRM teaching practice

🏥 Clinic Environment

This well-established practice features 7 consulting rooms and 5 treatment rooms using Best Practice EMR.

Onsite services include:

• Pathology & full imaging suite (MRI & CT) • Visiting interventional radiology & orthopaedics • Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology • Fully equipped gym & rehabilitation facilities

The clinic serves a diverse patient population including chronic disease management, occupational health (mining sector), mental health, and preventive care.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Fellowed GP (FRACGP, FACRRM or equivalent) • Eligible for AHPRA registration • Interest in occupational health advantageous • Strong patient-centred and community-focused approach
