我們正在招募一位具備實務經驗的製程工程部主管，負責管理整個製程工程部事務性工作，該部門負責PCBA板卡廠生產製程工作，包含SMT、DIP兩大生產製程段，從產品NPI到量產的整個階段工程相關工作，也包含新設備、新製程評估與現有設備維護保養與優化。您將致力於提升整個部門的價值與高效產出。同時，您也將規劃與帶領整個部門同仁推動智能製造自動化及 AI 生產應用專案，為製程工程部門帶入一個更新的領域與提升貢獻價值。

主要工作內容：

  • 領導統御板卡廠製程工程部及相關事務(包含人員晉升與考核)。
  • 推動產品由NPI到量產階段製程相關工作(SMT、DIP兩大生產製程段)。
  • 帶領製程工程部跨單位合作智能製造自動化及 AI 生產應用專案。
  • 優化與提升製程工程部相關作業流程與生產效率。
  • 依據生產需求評估新設備、新製程..等等專案。

人才需具備：

學歷要求： 大學以上，科系電子、電機系。

工作經驗： 10年以上SMT / DIP生產製程實務經驗及5年以上相關單位管理經驗。

專業知識： 熟悉工業電腦生產製程作業流程與SMT/DIP生產設備相關製程參數等。

加分項目：

  • 任職過工業電腦、工控產品產業類別尤佳。
  • 主導或協助推行過生產設備自動化、 AI 應用..等專案。
  • 工作需溝通協調，具耐心特質者佳。
