• Manage and continuously improve a global enterprise server infrastructure, with a focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. • Build strategic global operations architecture with external and internal resources. • Implement and maintain Linux and server security, system hardening, vulnerability management, and protection against zero-day exploits. • Manage and support dedicated customer lab environments and facilities. • Work closely with global IT and security teams across Europe, the US, Japan, and China. International travel is occasionally required. • Maintain architecture documentation, operational processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • A degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
  • Manage and continuously improve a global enterprise server infrastructure, with a focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Build strategic global operations architecture with external and internal resources.
  • Implement and maintain Linux and server security, system hardening, vulnerability management, and protection against zero-day exploits.
  • Manage and support dedicated customer lab environments and facilities.
  • Work closely with global IT and security teams across Europe, the US, Japan, and China. International travel is occasionally required.
  • Maintain architecture documentation, operational processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Language: Professional proficiency in German and English with excellent communication skills
  • Travel (10%): Visits of our German sites are essential as well as international travel (USA, Japan) is required.
