Sobre a Vaga:

  • Presencial (44h/semana);
  • Horário de Trabalho: Segunda à Quinta das 08hs às 18hs e Sexta das 08hs às 17hs;
  • CLT- Contratação Imediata;
  • Local: Salvador - BA. Nosso escritório fica no Ed. Mundo Plaza próximo a Estação de Metrô Rodoviária.

O Auxiliar Contábil é responsável por prestar suporte às atividades contábeis da empresa, garantindo a correta classificação e registro de documentos, conciliações contábeis e elaboração de relatórios. Atua em conjunto com a equipe contábil para assegurar a conformidade com normas e regulamentos.

  • Importar, lançar e classificar os documentos contábeis no sistema;
  • Conciliar contas contábeis e bancárias;
  • Solicitar documentos financeiros aos clientes;
  • Organizar e arquivar digitalmente os documentos contábeis;
  • Apoiar no fechamento contábil mensal e anual;
  • Auxiliar no atendimento a auditorias e fiscalizações;
  • Atualizar planilhas e relatórios contábeis.

Requisitos técnicos:

  • Minimamente, estar cursando Ciências Contábeis
  • Ter experiência prévia na área de contabilidade e com o sistema Domínio, será um diferencial, mas não é etapa eliminatória.
